yes it should... but you need libmustux 0.16.0 (in fact between 
0.16.0.pre3 and 0.16.0), or it will fail.
but with libmustux 0.16.0 installed it should compile and install 
fine... at least it did for me.

did the ./configure find libqt and libmustux ?

if it doesn't compile, the error messages (and the output of 
./configure) would be helpful
