Mac OS X / Intel also depends on EFI, even if netkas and others hacked  
it to run on BIOS it would be great to have an emulator capable of  
running it.

About license terms Apple states:
Mac OS X Server can be run emulated as long as they are run inside a  
Macintosh.
That is, we can have a Linux in an iMac running QEMU for emulating Mac  
OS X Server.
It is forbidden to run Mac OS X (client) in anything other than a real  
Apple hardware (nothing forbides having an emulator capable of doing  
so).
