[Savannah-hackers] Vesta for savannah?

What do you think about giving Vesta (http://www.vestasys.org/) as an
option for savannah users, instead of just CVS?

I know we couldn't do arch because it was unable to have any idea of "a
repository".  Vesta doesn't seem to have that problem.  So, could we
consider it?

Vesta has somewhat of a high learning curve, but maybe will work for us.
What do you all think?
