I talked to Rob Savoye on the telephone and we figured out some things.

Rob administrates the bug-dejagnu, dejagnu, and dejagnu-commit lists,
and I moderate them.  My password to these lists stopped working, too.

It turns out that Rob and I were using different passwords.
Rob just reset the moderator password on bug-dejagnu, dejagnu,
dejagnu-commit, and the new password works for me.

So I suspect that the *old* password that I was using to moderate
several mailing lists was probably a master password (!).  And I suspect
that some mailing lists also use this password as a per-mailing-list
password, and some don't.

This still leaves the address@hidden mailing list high and dry.
I need someone to reset the administrator and moderator passwords
on that list.  And I need some way to authenticate myself to you
to do that.
