Yes. I can open these include files from a regular dos and Windows, with type
and edit.

I am not sure the Permission Denied is the source of all problems.

I have a standard Win95 system. What I did is 1) install cdk.exe 2) install
usertools.exe 3) install win32Swarm.exe, and then try to make it.
Nothing in specific.
Didn't someone have similar problems with Win95?
