GNU-Win32
System Tcl/Tk (8.0), BLT 8.0-unoff-0, tclobjc-1.3, libffi 1.18
Swarm 1.2

libpng 1.0.1, zlib-1.1.2
blt8.0-unoff-swarm-1 and tclobjc-1.4 are for use with Tcl/Tk 8.1a2, which
is still experimental.
blt2.4c requires yet to be released changes to Swarm.
