Note that for Tcl/Tk things, all the `sensible' combinations ought to
work.  `Sensible' meaning that you use BLT 8.0 with Tcl/Tk 8.0, you
don't try to mix Tk 4.2 with Tcl 8.0, etc.  In short, that you comply
with the restrictions noted in each package.
