nope, I believe Im using the pre-release `slink' version.
Not terribly sure why 2.7.2.3 has been installed without objective-c support.
(Downloaded debian from the mirror at the uk sunsite)
Could I un-install the gcc package and re-install it? Or is this a bit iffy?
