swarm in java? |

During the past week or so, I saw some references to a Java
version of swarm but I am not clear on its status. I would like to use
swarm in the near future and this has implications for me. My programming
skills are pretty minimal, consisting of basic Java. So, the question is
should I invest in learning C followed by Objective-C or could I build on
the Java skills I already have and use the upcoming Java version of
swarm. You may gather that I would very much prefer the latter given that
I have already invested some time in learing Java and the
popularity of the language.
This may seem like a trivial question, but to a computer neophyte
it is pretty important.
