    In fact I also solved the libxpm n32 issue by setting xpmlibdir; in
my case by making a link in the swarm directory. This looks like libc,
however, for which there's no path variable. Have you tried the NeuroLib
demos? If so, maybe it's an xpmlib sub-problem, and I should
reconfigure.
