Back to square two.

Message on compile:  

BLT support file 'bltGraph.tcl' not found
If the directory '/Swarm-2.1.1/share/blt2.4' not the intended location for
the BLT support files, please adjust BLT_LIBRARY to the right place.

(This is for a 2.1.1 installation on W95.)  Anyone, please: What movement
of what to what, or what redirection, is this message requesting?
