In Windows 2000, you go to:
Start/Settings/Control Panel/Users and Passwords/Advanced/Users/[you]/Profile
It may not be exactly the same in NT 4.
I would suggst you make a subdirectory for yourself and move the .bash_login
and .emacs files to it. Then adjust the user manager settings to that
directory and update the HOME variable. Re-login, and try the Swarm/terminal
again..
