Problem w/ jHeatBugs

I'm running on Windows NT 4.0, Java 1.3, Swarm 2.1.1., and am stumped by
jheatbugs, java version.
It compiles fine, and it used to work, and I can't figure out what changed.
I get the same error even when I get a fresh version of jheatbugs (I had
added some debug statements), and under Java 1.2.2.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
