[Swarm-Support] static linking

Greetings all,
I tried to link swarm statically with the command
make EXTRALDFLAGS=-static
But cc an returned error, telling libswarm.a and many other lib*.a files
are not existing. How can I get these files? I'm using Redhat 7.2.
