Oh, I read your first e-mail to say you were using Linux.  Anyway, on 
Windows, you want Swarm-2.2-java\bin in your PATH.  For example, you 
could add it in your PATH in Start/Control Panel/System/Environment 
Variables.
(.so files or .dylib are the Unix version of DLLs.)
