Better to use $(SWARMHOME)/etc/swarm so that this script, which has
a name of a standard system program (as) won't accidentally screw up
users doing non-Swarm things. Not often, but sometimes the
assembler is invoked directly by some builds. For example, highly
optimized scientific codes that have their own SSE2 assembly code
(e.g. a fft). In the case of libtool, the installed version by
Swarm is called `libtool-swarm', but here we have to call it `as'...
