[Swftools-common] Problems with generated SWF

I am using a Flash AS3 flipbook I purchased over at activeden.com and it seems to properly load SWFs created in Flash. But when I try to load an SWF created with PDF2SWF it fails to load. I asked the author of the flipbook if he could check into this but he said his flipbook loads SWFs just fine and that the problem must be with PDF2SWF.

 

Is there anything non-standard about an SWF generated with PDF2SWF that I should be aware of? Or is there any setting I can use to make it more compatible?
