Hmm, too bad, i was in the hope to finally get a real application to
use that old '1200 for. ;-)

The pAVR firmware sounds interesting though, and incidentally, i also
got a '2313 around.

Well, i'd use that AVR910 device mainly for testing, i've already got
a gadget that connects to the parallel port for normal work.  Though,
wrt. the bootloader (which is in particular interesting on the larger
AVRs only), some speedup for a page write operation would indeed seem
useful to me.
