From my experiences and my discussions with NVidia engineers, mixing CUDA and
OpenGL on the same GPU is not a good idea, mainly because of the cost of the
switch of the entire GPU from OpenGL to CUDA mode and vice-versa.
It's advised to use OpenGL on one GPU and CUDA on another. Since machines with
dual GPUs are not that common, I don't think it should be considered for now.
The same holds for OpenCL, of course.
