Good question. It appears that "bs" was added 2000-02-18, but I could
not find any records of who made this change requests, and what the
rationale was. However, it appears that several other registries
followed ISO in this respect (e.g. MARC changed the code from scr to
bs), so I assume the name "Bosnian" as a language is here to stay.
