Ok, I'll email you with the solution and I'll document that on the
server, in the root $HOME (/root). If I set the user "null" you don't
need to add anything, people can just share the password for this null
user (maybe something like: guest) and use the same thing I'll setup.

Yes, but as I told you in the first message I've never installed
software in a BSD system and I hate everything that doesn't use apt-get
;-).
