Back when I was given write privileges, I created a key pair with
PuTTY. CVSNT has internal ssh support by using plink.dll, so I can
check Emacs out with

  cvs -d :ssh;key='\path\to\my\key':address@hidden:/sources/emacs

Since then I've switched computers two or three times, and I've never
needed to reinstall PuTTY or install SSH.
