Christoph hinted at this... ehm, earlier. You need to use the -r and
-V switches to specify the resource and interpreter versions manually.
For the game in question, the right parameters are -r3 -V1.000.200.
The first of these numbers is likely to change, however. I don't
quite like the mapping as it is now - in fact, I'd like to create a
grand unified versioning scheme. Besides, this ought to be handled
automatically.

Also, this won't work on the CD version of SQ4 (which is SCI1.1) - but
you're using the floppy version if I'm reading the message correctly.
