As a company director, I know the theory, but I was really wondering who has
the time to do this now and how quickly can we do it?  Sorry for not being
clear enough.

Let's get this done in week 1 of 2002.  Who can meet in London on the
Friday to do any necessary signatures etc?  Apologies for the arbitrariness
of this, but let's get moving!
