It is worth remembering that the constitution does allow us to refuse
membership to basically anyone; and that campaigning *against* Free Software
disqualifies one from the committee, IIRC.  I don't think we're planning to
refuse membership to people working on restrictively licensed software for
others, as they are doing what I think is correct: selling their programming
time for money; but I would want to refuse those who advocate or decide upon
such restrictive licences (eg Mr Gates).

In terms of theKompany, you should accept that the correct thing to do is to
attempt to a) prevent forking and b) be the strongest fork if it does occur. 
This sort of competition and natural selection is good for the users and any
restraint is a restraint on the free market.  Trying to handcuff the users
is not good.
