Debian stable doesn't seem worth worrying about.  Debian testing is a
more practical target.  Presumably other distributions would also be
more keen to take something called 1.1.

i don't see any mention of bug #5554/#5635, which is a big issue for
people relying on implicit naming for many files.  It also appears to
have a relatively simple patch (in bug 5554).

Otherwise tla seems fast enough, and pretty stable.  I think it
deserves a suitably stable sounding release.
