hi Leon,

before i give a greater response to you message i want to run what you
have. so i followed your instructions all the way up to the ./configure
--enable-ruby. this blew out trying to find ruby.h. now, i do have
ruby-dev installed (running debian woody) so i'm curious as to why it
can't find it. what are you running? any suggestions? i'll see if i can
track it down myself too.
