Done, I also just reenabled patches tests, which given the new system to
track which patches have been tested locally is going to test a lot of
issues, it announced that it is going to test 21 issues (!).  I should
find a way to allow human intervention during a test session to remove
some patches from the queue, enable the docs build for others, etc...
