Ugh, for some reason this table was not refactored at all. It looks
exactly as it was before refactoring.

The following above rewrites the table using generic templates. It
does nothing more than all the previous patches committed during
refactoring - the template 'current-illustration-report's
implementation is very close to the one of
'irr-current-illustration-report'. So even if the patch looks scary
(considering that the HEAD should not receive any changes except
bug-fixes), it is almost a copy-paste of the changes that are already
in HEAD and its bullet-proofness is exactly as for the code already in
HEAD.
