No, see donkeyClient.ml::schedule_client, dates in the past will be
scheduled as soon as possible. And this function is called for all sources
of all files every 5 minutes (from donkeyFiles.ml::fill_clients_list).
So it's not a problem of scheduling, but I think those clients have the
client_kind = Indirect_location (clients we don't have the IP address yet ?)
and mldonkey doesn't try to connect to them.
