[Nuxeo-localizer] Announcement: HowTo for CMF and Localizer

Hi,

i want to announce the release of a HowTo and the corresponding
product dealing with the development of a CMF Product using Localizer
for multilingual content. A class is derived from
DefaultDublinCoreImpl allowing to have multilingual metadata.
