Follow-up Comment #11, bug #53046 (project octave):
I agree that cutting and pasting needs work. I really haven't looked at it.
I suspect it just copies and pastes text now, but I'm not sure. If possible,
we should be preserving the full precision of numeric values, not just copying
the display values.
