Once we clean out the current PROJECTS list, I think it would be fine
to move the contents to this task tracker (unless someone has a better
solution).

Unfortunately, I don't see a way to import a list of tasks all at
once, so entering the current PROJECTS file might be a bit tedious.
Before doing that, you might ask the savannah hackers whether there is
a better way of importing the current list of projects.
