Gtkspell (or aspell) doesn't necessarily use English, but the LANG
environment variable. To use another language, set LANG first,
e.g. 'LANG=de; pan&'.
Still, it should be possible to switch language without restarting
Pan. A language setting for each posting profile would be convenient,
since one normally would prefer using a different attribution and
signature when switching language.
