Hi, again, Alex,
One last note (I hope...) I did get my control structure
working again, with the controlPanel. To do it, I forced the
->activity pointer of all swarms to nil, then activated them
again. I.e., for some reason (gecko? swarm? who knows) my
[topActivity terminate] didn't set them all back to nil.

Dunno if this is worth your time to track down. On the
off chance you care, I've replaced the geckoNTdebug.tar.gz file.

In GeckoControlSwarm:
        -stopRunning calls [activity terminate]
        -go controls the buttons
-activateIn forces the activity pointers back to nil
for some reason, putting the force-nil in stopRunning didn't work.

Hopefully, I shall now stay out of y'all's hair. A little more
checking required, but Gecko works.

Best,
        Ginger
