I updated the SPEC file to create RPMs of synaptic.

I could only test it on Red Hat Fedora. So I would be glad to here
comments from other RPM based distrus.

The RPM makes use of consolehelper to get root rights for synaptic. I
don't know if consolehelper is available on non Red Hat distrus. What
about SuSE or Mandrake?
