As an alternative, if above fails, you might run configure with the
--disable-nls option

Okay, I did that. Make finished with:

Compiling ./adonthell.py ...
Compiling ./dialogue.py ...
Making all in doc
Making all in .
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `all-am'.
Making all in devel
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
Making all in dlgedit
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
Making all in items
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `all'.

So I figured I'm ready. I ran make install and then it broke of with:

Making install in .
/bin/sh ../mkinstalldirs ./bin
/bin/sh ../libtool --mode=install /usr/bin/install -c adonthell ./bin/adonthell
libtool: install: `./bin' must be an absolute directory name
Try `libtool --help --mode=install' for more information.
make[3]: *** [install-binPROGRAMS] Error 1
make[2]: *** [install-am] Error 2
make[1]: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
[raistlin:~/Desktop/adonthell-0.3.3pre1] nhesse%

so i tried making a directory 'bin' in the adonthell root but I still got the same error. Could this have something to do with the previous install (0.3.2) ? I doubt it but you never know...
