Hello,

based on the existing documentation of the issue and the manifest in
the previous message I have created a patch against the CHICKEN 4.4.0
sources that adds resource files to be compiled and linked into
chicken-install and chicken-uninstall to embed manifests in those
executables when compiling for a Windows host.

I have verified that the resulting build system still works on Linux
compiling native executables and cross compiling Mingw32
executables. I have also verified that the resulting PE executables
are working under Wine, but I don't have a native Windows Vista
installation available for testing, so it would be great if someone
with a Vista machine could test the patch.

Ciao,
Thomas
