I built it and tried it under MSVC. It works fine. I feel there is a
need to have emacsclient's "--no-wait" option to be able to set in an
environmental variable. Once I associate the file extensions to open
with emacsclientw, I do not want to keep getting the message in the
minibuffer area warning about clients...This did not happen with
gnuclientw.
