(sending this mainly as a test)

Everything seems to be working now.  I checked in the
base code and also uploaded a test webpage.  Feel free
to edit that.  I think the mailing list is working,
but I may have messed up my own account last night, so
we'll see if this works.  

Features.  In no particular order and paying no
attention to degree of reality.

- chatrooms displayed in a useful, intuitive way
- rooms created by users
- user-created ladders/tournaments by room
- ability to give people a Gojo hit (sustaining one in
return automatically) for behaving badly.  Too many
hits and the user is banned from the room/server
- user photos
- user-defined images for stones, board, etc
- I18n support
- multiple servers working together (a la IRC)
- ability to collect teaching fees, distribute
tournament winnings
- theme music
- voice chat
- users in user list should be marked if they are
playing a game
- put self into "grayed out" sleep mode before timer
sets that

I know I'm missing a bunch.
