Hi Josh!

Could you please consider, when you find some spare time of course, adding

#ifdef __cplusplus
  extern "C" {
#endif


#ifdef __cplusplus
  }
#endif

around your libinstpatch/libinstpatch.h

so that I can link it with my C++ program? This will of course allow everyone 
to link it with its C++ code.
