fsfe-uk was used to bootstrap affs, but now affs exists it (surely?) makes
sense to have affs-discuss as the listname. Maybe this is achieved via an
alias for now.

affs-members-discuss wasn't my intention: affs-members is intended for
mails to members only (not necessarily discussion, as that would reduce
traffic on affs-discuss which is a bad thing).
