I just assumed that the guys that wrote the BK->CVS converter were
smart enough to update the ChangeSet,v file after all the
corresponding files were checked in. If not, anyway, the problem would
appear for the last commit only but the script re-generates this patch
after the next rsync and checks whether it was correctly applied (and
never got an error for the last ~4000 changesets).
