Same result - I downloaded CBC 2.8 and that the get.glpk script is
fetching GLPK 4.47 without me changing anything.

What version of CBC have you checked out from SVN as I think there is a
problem with the build process for GLPK for 2.8 as the header is
definitely not in the expected directory?
