You should be able to mount it on linux over the loopback device with something like:
$ mount -o loop -t iso9660 /tmp/foo.isa /mnt/iso

I don't know if that helps though, if you're running on windows. Maybe you can do that on linux, assuming your laptop is dual boot, and copy the contents to a fat partition, assuming you have one with enough free space kicking around.
