You must replace <filename> with name of application archive which
you download from ftp. E.g. if you download
http://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/apps/java/sdg/jheatbugs-2.1.tar.gz
then you need execute:
tar xzvf jheatbugs-2.1.tar.gz
