On my system I have noticed the doubleposts on those who send the post 
to the list
@mail.freesoftware.fsf.org.   It then gets sent out to those who have 
joined the list there as well as from the list @nongnu.org

If the post is sent to the list @nongnu.org it only has been getting 
sent to me once.
