Ah yes, I'd spotted a mention of this in my general emacs-wiki 
browsings. However, I'm not (yet) an arch user, so since then I've been 
trying to decipher the arch runes in order to know just what I need and 
how to get it.

(I'm happy to keep deciphering, but any clues/recipes you want to chuck 
my way would be appreciated :-)
