This bug still exists in the latest .tar.gz file fetched today.  (The
contents of this .tar.gz file have not actually changed for several
days.)  The keyboard can not be used to decrease a requested worker
count if the count is 20.

Yes, there hasn't been anything done to the beta1-rc branch, so it has not changed in several days.

I have just fixed this bug, it was, as expected, a simple typo.
