        I often have bits chopped off the edge of my page in Ghostview which
still come out on the printer (I use Linux Ghostview to look at it, but
Aladdin Ghostview for Windows (yech) to print it).  This may or may not be
useful :).

        Anywhere.  Type "echo $MFINPUTS" to see if it is set.  If it isn't,
it'll just give you a blank line.
